TownSq app

 

This app can be downloaded via Google Play, or the Apple Store and is the platform on which the occupants (owners AND tenants) and property management team are able to communicate important information on events pertaining to the building.

 

News & Events

Here you can stay up-to-date with what is happening in the building through the announcements posted by Associa and your board.

 

Requests

This is where you can open a request, which includes questions, service and maintenance request, incident reports, and more. Requests are private between residents and management. Using REQUESTS instead of sending an email allows management to respond more quickly.

 

Forum

The Forum allows community residents to communicate with each other. The Forum is arranged by topic and category.

 

Documents

This is where all owner documents, including board minutes, bylaws, financials, and more, are found for free. Documents can be filtered for easy searching by selecting the “Filter: Showing all documents” button at the top of the documents page. Residents set up as Tenants can only view bylaws and policies.

 

Occupants

To find Occupants, click your profile (in the top right-hand corner), and select occupants. Here you can register a family member or tenant. Family members and tenants will be able to see an owners account information.

 

Accounts

To find Accounts, click your profile (in the top right-hand corner), and select accounts. This is where you can link multiple homeowner accounts and view transactions. Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to the TownSq Support Team.
